START RIGHT IN 2015 BY LEARNING TO FORGIVE, FORGET AND LET IT GO!

Today’s Insights

I believe that in 2015 before you make a new fresh journey and to start right the first thing you must do is to forgive, forget and let it go those who hurts you and especially forgive yourself because of wrong decisions or past mistakes that you made in life which affects you tremendously for a long time because unforgiving attitude can keep you from moving forward in life. So isn’t it time you got serious about forgiving the one who hurt you? And the things you did mistakes and blame yourself. You say, “But then they’ll have gotten away with it.” They’re not getting away with anything! God is qualified to judge, you’re not. Remember, your critics are making decisions about you based on limited information and your flesh recalling your past mistakes, but God knows the truth and He will deal with your detractors in His own time including your short comings. By trying to defend yourself and prove them wrong and blame yourself because of past mistakes, you’re stepping into territory that belongs exclusively to God. The Bible says: “Never pay back evil with more evil. Do things in such a way that everyone can see you are honorable. Do all that you can to live in peace with everyone and especially with yourself...never take revenge to others who did you wrong or don’t do inappropriate action into your life because of bad decisions you made (Ex. Suicide).

Leave that to the righteous anger of God. For the Scriptures say, ‘I will take revenge; I will pay them back,’ says the Lord. Instead, ‘If your enemies are hungry, feed them. If they are thirsty, give them something to drink and If yourself made mistakes respect your body because it is a temple of Holy Spirit it and learn to forgive yourself. In doing this, you will heap burning coals of shame on their heads and in your head too’. Don’t let evil conquer you, but conquer evil by doing good” (Ro 12:17-21 NLT).

Application

Satan’s goal is to get you all tied up in knots and steal your peace. Don’t play into his hands! Christ, your example, prayed for those who drove the nails into His hands: “Father, forgive them; for they know not what they do…” (Lk 23:34) and forgive ourselves as we forgive others (Mat 6:12). Your enemies may think they’re smart, but often they’re acting in ignorance. Don’t come down to their level by retaliating and don’t uplift your flesh or don’t force yourself that you can recall your past mistakes to be right but forgive them, forget and let it go.

Today’s Prayer

Heavenly Father, Thank you for your Word today. Lord thank you for reminding us to forgive, forget and let it go those who hurt us and leave us severe paint. Lord today it’s 2015 a New Year and I want to start right in my life that is to forgive those who hurt me and forget the things in the past but let it go. Lord teaches us always to forgive because you are the first who forgive us and you forget all our sins and you remember no more and that we pray Lord that those who hurts us badly we will forgive and the mistakes that I make a wrong I forgive myself and forget what lies behind and reaching forward what lies ahead. Lord thank you that you forgive us and that’s why nothing can stop us to forgive others and to forgive ourselves for your glory In Jesus’ Name. Amen!

Prayer for Salvation

Lord I admit I am a sinner I repent of all my sins and I receive you into my heart as my personal Lord and Savior Amen. If you mean that prayer above from the bottom of your heart you are now saved. It is God’s Word promise in John 3:16 that if you trust His Son Jesus you will not die but you will have Eternal Life. Welcome to the family of God. In order to grow in your faith with God please do these consistently starting today; 1. Pray always 2. Read your Bible Daily 3. Attend Church Services Regularly 4. Attend Prayer Meeting, Bible Study, Church Seminars and make God first place in your life with your talents and finances 5. Lastly, witness Jesus to others that they may receive Eternal Life also.
